  • Independence: our members are completely independent of the industries they handle complaints for, and those companies have no control over our activities;
  • Transparency: our members publish annual reports, recommendations, details on their funding and performance indicators;
  • Respect for the principles of fairness and Human Rights;
  • Members have regard to any relevant legislation, contract, regulatory provision, and codes of conduct or practice;
  • Efficiency.
