ARERA Conciliation Service Annual Report 2018

The Conciliation Service of ARERA, the Italian regulatory authority for
Energy, Networks and the Environment, has published its annual report 2018. Last year, the service received 11.034 requests for conciliation, a large part of which relate to billing issues. Almost 80% of the requests were accepted and 4.836 agreements were reached (65% of total concluded procedures), leading to 4,4 million euros in compensation being awarded to customers. Finally, 94% of the customers who answered the satisfaction survey were satisfied with the ARERA Conciliation Service.
